This year’s Girls Day was a great success!

Both, Veronika and Leoni were totally impressed and were able to gain a lot of insights into the male-dominated professional field around the topic of sensor technology. Both girls especially enjoyed soldering. The two were allowed to take their handmade resistance figures home as a souvenir, along with other small RECHNER gadgets.

Why is Girls Day important for us as a company?

We have always attached great importance to training our young people ourselves and thus retaining them in the long term. In the long term, we want to inspire young girls to take up an apprenticeship or a dual course of study in a scientific and technical field and encourage them for the future.
